The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 69/2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29176/2017.

This Court finds that no fresh ground has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26616 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
