The petitioner has made prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 406,409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The impugned order passed in ABP No. 480 of 2015 suggests that the petitioner was granted bail on the undertaking to make payment of the alleged amount in installments. Under the circumstances, the present application is not maintainable. However, the petitioner may pray before the learned Sessions Judge for extension of the period to deposit the alleged amount.
