Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for State through video conferencing.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.08.2019 in connection with Desari (O.P. Sahdei) P.S. Case No.289 of 2019 registered under Sections 392, 411, 413, 414 of the IPC.

Petitioner and one co-accused are said to have snatched the mobile phone of the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case because no such occurrence as alleged in the written report did ever take place and moreover he does not have any criminal antecedent, which is evident from perusal of para-3 of the petition. He further submits that so far as the seized motorcycle is concerned, the petitioner does not have any concern with aforesaid motorcycle.

No.20330 of 2020(2) dt.16-07-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IVth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (O.P. Sahdei) P.S. Case No.289 of 2019.
