JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Respondents to promote the petitioner on the post of Branch Manager from the post of Assistant as In-charge Branch Manager and consequential other promotions.

(B). For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Respondents to give monitoring benefit to the petitioner from his promotion has been due with appropriate interest."

Patna High Court CWJC No.15608 of 2014(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, District Central Co-operative Bank, Aurangabad i.e. the Respondent No. 4 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought is granted. It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Managing Director, District Central Cooperative Bank, Aurangabad i.e. the Respondent No. 4, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
