JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 09 of 2019, arising out of Sonbarsa Raj (Kashnagar OP) P.S. Case No. 3 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2019. He further submits that in the instant case 21 litres of liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months and nothing was recovered from his conscious possession, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act,
