Writ application of the petitioner is disposed off with an observation that it is for the petitioner to establish his claim as a bona fide donor member of the college in question.

It is evident that notice in this regard had been issued to the petitioner way back in the month of June, 2015 itself, why the petitioner is dragging the matter is for him to answer.

However, if the petitioner renders cooperation before the university authorities, the university
