Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The appellant, petitioner Vicky Tiwari @ Vicky Kumar Tiwary herein was granted anticipatory bail, vide order dated 31.07.2019 by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26938 of 2021(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 Appeal (SJ) No. 2827 of 2019. By the said order, he was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks. He could not surrender for some reasons and he filed Cr.Misc. No. 631 of 2020 and vide order dated 01.07.2020, on his request, the time for surrender was extended for further six weeks. Even during the extended period, he could not surrender and filed second petition for extension of time. In view of aforesaid, it is not possible for this Court to grant him further time. He is directed to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. The application is accordingly rejected.

Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
