1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s or direction/s, particularly in the nature of writ of Certiorari for quashing of the order dated 24.01.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Khagaria (Respondent No.2) in Arms License Case No.

10/2023 and communicated to the petitioner vide memo no. 519/Shastra dated 25.04.2023, which has been passed in a most arbitrary and without considering the need of arms and

Further for issuance of writ, order or direction, especially in the writ of Mandamus, directing and commanding the respondent authorities to issue the Arms License for Rifle in favour of the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 24.01.2023, passed by the District Magistrate, Khagaria, whereby and whereunder the application, filed by the petitioner for grant of arms license, has been rejected, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
