Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 for the offence under sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 45 liters of liquor was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 2.2.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
