The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 127 of 2013, registered under Sections 406, 498A and 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with due dignity and honour Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and prays for regular bail. If the petitioner may surrender and prays for regular bail, then trial court shall release the petitioner on provisional bail for four months. Thereafter, within one month, the trial court call the complainant and if the complainant is ready to go with the petitioner and petitioner shall keep the complainant with due dignity and honour then after being
