Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1529(C) of 2011(Tr.No. 259 of 2014) registered under Sections 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against these petitioners is that they set on fire of Foos Palani of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in stead of police case, complaint has been filed by the informant. It is further submitted that version of the informant is quite different

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs/10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1529 (C) of 2011/Trial No. 259 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of Cr.P.C.
