2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, dead body of informant's son was lying in the field due to electrocution. In the meantime, petitioner and 4 to 5 persons came there and tried to take away the dead body from the field.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the death of informant's son is accidental due to electrocution. Allegation against the petitioner is vague and he has falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of
