2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 372 of 2023, registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, it relates to the theft of motorcycle of the informant by the unknown persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement made by co-accused Sanjeev Kumar. The stolen
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20861 of 2024(3) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 motorcycle has been recovered from the garage of one Shashi Bhushan Kumar. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that coaccused have been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76633 of 2023.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 372 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Rudra Prakash Mishra, J) Rajorshi/- U T
