The petitioner is in custody in connection with Singheshwar P.S.Case No.118 of 2016 registered for an offence under Section 392 of the IPC.

The informant lodged the case against unknown for robbery of the motorcycle bearing registration no.BR-43E-3748. Money and mobiles etc. were also robbed.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor there is specific allegation against him. The name of this petitioner appeared in the confessional statement of co-accused Kanhaiya Kumar Yadav. The petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2016 having clean antecedent. He further submitst that similarly situated co-accused Munna Kumar Yadav has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62926 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.20482 of 2017.

Learned APP opposed the submissions.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S.Case No.118 of 2016.
