Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No.88 of 2017, registered under Sections 365, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the informant's grandson was kidnapped by the accused persons for marrying with the petitioner's daughter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is false. The grandson of the informant is married with the daughter of the petitioner and they are living together. Learned counsel for the informant also concedes. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62514 of 2017(3) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 petitioner Bipin Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Barh in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No.88 of 2017.
