2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.407 of 2023 instituted under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C.

3. It is alleged that on getting information about quarrel in the matrimonial house of informant's daughter, the informant went there and found the dead body of her daughter lying in the room. It is further alleged that earlier the daughter of informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22949 of 2024(3) dt.17-05-2024 2/3 was beaten by her husband for non-payment of loan installment of four-wheeler given to him and the accused persons killed the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law, petitioner no.2 is married sister-in-law, petitioner nos.3 and 4 are married brothers-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that the petitioners are residing separately. They have no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. The husband of the deceased is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners undertake to cooperate in the investigation.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case
