This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Lauriya PS Case No. 411 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation in the instant case is that from the back pocket of the petitioner two cartridges were seized. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.12.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly three months, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above-named, be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17812 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate -I, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Lauriya PS Case No. 411 of 2018.
