The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Trial No. 3593 of 2015 (arising out of Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 438 of 2013) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is an old man and there is no specific allegation against him. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that final form has been submitted against the petitioner as well as one Anil Tiwari and they were not sent up for trial.
Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34861 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jitesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Trial No. 3593 of 2015 (arising out of Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 438 of 2013), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
