From perusal of the record, it appears that vide order dated 17.05.2018 the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected and the learned lower Court was directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within nine months from the date of receipt/production of the order. Vide order dated 23.01.2019 on the request of learned Court below further six months was granted to conclude the trial but six months has not yet elapsed from the date of the order. Hence, the present petition appears to be premature and is accordingly dismissed.
