2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354B, 308, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later Section 302 and 313 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 10.01.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20705 of 2025(6) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 other accused persons have been granted bail. He further submits that the charges have been framed in this case and on behalf of the petitioner, if granted bail, will co-operate in the trial.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul/concerned Court below in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
