====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Bahadurpur (Fekala O.P.) P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant who is the brother of the deceased has stated in his written complaint that the marriage of his sister was solemnized on 27th April, 2009 with Lalit Jha. He used to regularly visit his sister in-law's house to see her. He was informed by his nephew Vikarm Jha on 09.05.2018 that his sister has been assaulted by her in-laws and threatened to kill by putting her on fire. It is further alleged that on 11.05.2018 he
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50514 of 2018(2) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 was informed that his sister was killed by petitioners and other co-accused by setting her on fire.
Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are sister-in-law and petitioner no.3 is mother-in-law of deceased. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that they are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. They have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 13.05.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga at Laheriasarai in connection with Bahadurpur (Fekala O.P.) P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018.
