The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 3 of RP (UP) Act and Section 153 of Railway Act.

As per F.I.R., the petitioner has been apprehended with one stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating / stolen article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and he is in custody since 15.07.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released
