17-11-2017 Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Akshay Lal Pandit, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 08-07-2017 in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 321 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition to show that petitioner is having clean antecedent. He further submits that in the present case, recovery of stolen motorcycle was shown, but said motorcycle was never recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has falsely been implicated.
