The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 dated 06.12.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 447, 448, 379, 308, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On 23.07.2020 case diary was called for and the petitioners were granted provisional bail in the meanwhile.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19451 of 2020(3) dt.09-10-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there was no intention on the part of the petitioners to assault any person of the prosecution side. The occurrence took place during the marriage ceremony and the the allegations are more or less general and omnibus. Apart from this, it has been submitted that there has been a settlement of dispute between the parties.

Considering the aforestated facts, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners are hereby confirmed. They shall remain on the same bonds which they had filed at the time of provisional bail. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
