2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 442 of 2023, lodged on 16.07.2023, under Sections 341/323/307/326/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on offences under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act were added.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against three named accused persons. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he has made gun shot fire on the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He is in custody since 24.07.2023. Counsel submits that petitioner has

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and there is direct allegation against the petitioner of firing gun shot.

6. In this background, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
