2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the writ application.
3. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following reliefs:-
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.473 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/3 (i) For issuing a direction upon the respondents to give protection of life and property to the petitioner in view of Letter No.1780 dated 14.11.2024 issued by the respondent no.2, which is duly purchased land by way of registered Deed No.6850 dated 18.07.2016 executed at District Registration Office, Saran, Chapra of the petitioner situated under Khata No.32, Khesra/Survey Plot No.1095, admeasuring in area of 14 dhur (2.603 dec.) pertaining in Revenue Mauza- Mehiya, its Revenue Thana No.290, P.S. Chapra Muffasil, Revenue Circle Chapra Sadar in the District of Saran, whereupon private respondent no.10 and some scrupulous persons insisted by her who are disturbing the peaceful possession/ enjoyment of the petitioner and his family member and also threatened them for dire consequences.
(ii) For issuance of direction to the respondents to give protection to the petitioner so that he may enjoy of the duly purchased land as mentioned in above noted paragraph because anti social elements are threatening to the petitioner to take possession over the said land and told him that if he will go to the said land, will be done to death.
(iii) For any other relief to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts of the case.
3. In view of the prayer made in the writ
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.473 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 3/3 application, the petitioner is directed to approach the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra for the reliefs which he has claimed in the Court. If the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra finds substance in the representation of the petitioner he shall be obliged to give protection to the petitioner while the petitioner constructs his house.
4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application stands disposed of.
5. It is made clear that the Court has not applied its mind to the facts of the case.
