ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends their arrest in connection with Buxar (Ind) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 354, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case against the parties. He has also submitted that there was land dispute between the parties for which a complaint case had also been filed by the petitioners against the informant side and they have also been granted regular bail in connection with the said case.

Considering the submissions and the nature of allegations,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39314 of 2014 (2) dt.15-04-2015 P2/2 let the petitioners No. 1 to 4 (above named), in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Ind) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
