The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 512 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386/387/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of dispute and also taking into

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
