2. The petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2020 in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No. 04/2020 for the alleged offences under Sections 272, 273, 414, 34 IPC as well as Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 190.5 litres of illegal liquor. It is further submitted that the five motorcycles recovered belong to the relatives of the petitioner, as stated in para 8 of the petition. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. Be that as it may, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
