The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 394, 412 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, in short, is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant while he was unloading sand dunes and flew away with his tractor. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.2.2017. The allegation made in the F.I.R. is denied by the petitioner. The petitioner has remained in custody for more than one and a half hears. The nature of injury caused during the occurrence is said to be simple. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50391 of 2018(2) dt.14-09-2018 2/2 4.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.. 39517 of 2018. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R/complaint case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2017, G.R. No. 1362 of 2017, Sessions Trial No. 550 of 2017.
