1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bhagalpur, vide order dated 07.09.2024 passed in A.B.P. No. 1809 of 2024 and A.B.P. No. 2104 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is some observation made against the informant in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20905 of 2025(2) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 order dated 07.09.2024 passed in A.B.P. No. 1809 of 2024 and A.B.P. No. 2104 of 2024. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also cooperate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Complaint Case No. 700 of 2017.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that any observation made against the informant or in favour of the accused persons shall not affect the merit of the trial.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with a request to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Complaint Case No. 700 of 2017.
