After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to move before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Jamui for implementation of its order dated 28.04.2011 passed in Case No. 6 of 2011 and other analogous cases.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
