The petitioner seeks bail in Nathnagar (Lalmatiya) P.S. Case No. 380/2016, instituted for the offences under Sections 394, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2018. He has clean antecedent. He is not named in the written report. No T.I.P. has been held in this case. Name of this petitioner has come in the case on the basis of identification in C.C.T.V. footage by the spy.
