This is an application for quashing of the order dated 26.05.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rosera, Samastipur in Criminal Appeal No. 16/11 arising out of Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 155/02 under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 353, 364 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code by which the learned appellate Court was pleased to dismiss the application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 391 of Cr.P.C. Having gone through the rival submissions as also the case in hand, this Court does not find any error in the order in question.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
