Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

From counter affidavit and supplementary counter affidavit it would appear that grievance with regard to the post retiral dues of the petitioner has been substantially redressed. In case, petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of any amount of post retrial dues and on account of wrong calculation of pensionary benefit, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to

Patna High Court CWJC No.4261 of 2016 (4) dt.13-10-2017 2/2 file representation for redressal of her grievance with regard to unpaid post retrial dues or for correction in the calculation of payment of the post retrial dues.

If such representation along with a copy of this order is filed before the respondent no.3 he shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and shall dispose of representation by a reasoned speaking order within a period of two weeks.

It goes without saying that if the respondent finds any dues payable to the petitioner he shall ensure entire payment of such dues to the petitioner within a period of two months. With the aforesaid observation this writ application is disposed of.
