The petitioner seeks bail in Ishakchak P. S. Case No. 55/18 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the written report merely on suspicion. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

In the written report, it is alleged that some unknown persons have committed robbery in the house of the informant and looted away several articles. It is further alleged that miscreants had left one bag from which four pieces of photographs and one paper with other articles were recovered. It is alleged that on the paper the name of this petitioner along

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49958 of 2018(2) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 with another person, namely, Nitish was mentioned. Petitioner is in custody since 10.3.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Bhagalpur, in connection with Ishakchak P.
