The petitioner, namely, Mani Bhushan Singh who apprehends his arrest in Madhepura, Alamnagar P.S. Case No.176 of 2013 under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the allegation is that the students on the basis of forged and fabricated certificates got their admission in different schools. Therefore, the Headmasters of different schools were made accused in the case. The petitioner is Headmaster of Shiva Nand Kanta Girls High School, Khurhan.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38964 of 2014 (2) dt.27-03-2015 The learned counsel further submitted that in similarly situated case, the Headmasters of other schools have also been granted bail in Cr. Misc. Case No.17258 of 2014, Cr. Misc. No.13484 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No.13309 of 2014. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the case of the petitioner is also on same footing, I direct the petitioner named above to surrender before the court below within one month from today and on his so surrendering, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura, Alamnagar P.S. Case No.176 of 2013.
