JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and the counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General. Counsel for the respondents submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the entire post-retiral dues have been paid.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not in a position to make any submission whether the petitioner received the entire pensionary benefit or not?. He is not in a position to assist the court as to what remains to be paid by the respondents. In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.4513 of 2016 (6) dt.13-10-2017 2/2 disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no.3, if the petitioner has any grievance unredressed on account of non-payment of any of the post-retiral dues, the respondent no. 3 shall see and dispose of such representation by a reasoned speaking order in the event of any of the grievance of the petitioner is found admissible he shall see that all such dues are paid within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid liberty, the application stands disposed of.
