This writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to release the bus of the petitioner which was seized in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 186(o) of 2016. The said bus was released in pursuance of order dated 14.09.2016 passed by this Court.
In paragraph 11 of the counter affidavit, the respondent no. 2 to 4 have stated that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. Hence, this writ application simply be disposed off.
