Petitioners pray for bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B0a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. As per prosecution case, one live cartridge, one mobile, cash of Rs. 9230/- and one Apache motorcycle have been recovered from the possession of petitioner no. 1 and one country-made pistol, one magazine, two live cartridges one Samsung mobile, one Itel mobile and cash of Rs. 1600/- were recovered from possession of petitioner no. 2. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from their conscious possession. Petitioners are in custody since 10.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18749 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody, the bail petition of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
