The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467,468, 471, 472, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on suspicion, one Dharmendra Kumar was arrested near the ATM who was found to be in possession of several ATM cards. It was suspected that the said Dharmendra Kumar had been participating in some fraudulent act of cheating of other account holders. It is further submitted that the said Dharmendra Kumar had taken the name of the petitioner that he was also involved in the occurrence of cheating. Considering the vague nature of allegation and also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32277 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
