The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case No.274 of 2016 registered for an offence under Section 392 of the IPC.

It is submitted that this petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of one of the co-accused Bandhan Yadav. The said Bandhan Yadav has been allowed bail by one of the coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.22465 of 2017. He is accused in four more cases out of which, he is on bail in three cases. Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2016.

The learned APP opposed the submissions.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60694 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case No.274 of 2016.
