2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with G.R. No. 4305 of 2023 arising out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 322 of 2023 instituted under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown accused persons overtake the motorcycle of the informant and on the point of pistol snatched the mobile phone and motorcycle of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not named in the FIR and have been falsely

He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the petitioners. He also submits that the petitioners are ready to co-operate in the investigation and the trial. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran in connection with G.R. No. 4305 of 2023 arising out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 322 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
