JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that his nice, who was married with Arun Kumar Singh of village Mokari, P.S. Bhabhua on 27.4.2015 died due to burn. It is further alleged that the husband and his mother are said to have demanded dowry. The informant suspected murder of her nice due to non payment of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She has no concern with the mess and property of the husband of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhabhua in connection with Bhabhua P.S.Case No. 294 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
