Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR he is in custody since 08.11.2017. However, he has not been put on T.I.Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession. The only material against the petitioner is confessional statement before the police, which is not evident in the eyes of law. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barbigha P.S.Case No. 442 of 2017, subject to the
