JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 This case has been brought at the instance of the office under the heading "For Orders (On Office Notes)". Perused the office note dated 28.07.2015, it appears that vide order dated 22.7.2015 "Criminal Revision No. 1361 of 2010" has been restored to its original file but inadvertently in paragraphs first and third of order dated 22.07.2015, "C.W.J.C. No. 1361 of 2010" has wrongly been typed in place of "Criminal Revision No. 1361 of 2010".

In that view of the matter, the order dated 22.07.2015 is modified only to the extent that in place of "C.W.J.C. No. 1361 of 2010" it should be read as "Criminal Revision No. 1361 of 2010".
