The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 323/324/504/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case under Section 498A of the IPC. Submission is that the wife is already dead. Hence, there is no purpose to keep the petitioner behind the bar. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional
