The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that she has obtained the post of Primary Teacher by submitted forged and fabricated mark-sheet and other educational certificates.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

No.18728 of 2022(3) dt.13-10-2022 2/3 petitioner that petitioner was appointed as Shiksha Mitra in the year 2003 and thereafter she was absorbed in Primary Teacher in the year 2006. It is further submitted that opportunity was not given to the petitioner to defend herself and F.I.R was registered. A supplementary affidavit has been filed bringing on record the resignation letter which was given by the petitioner to the Head Master, Middle School, Pipra, Rupauli, Purnea on 22.09.2022. The resignation letter is annexed as Annexure-2 of the supplementary affidavit. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class, Purnea in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 163 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under
