This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of teacher after giving age relaxation for appearing in the examination conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission").

3. Though the learned advocate for the petitioner has referred to advertisement no. 26/2023 issued by the Commission in which the petitioner wants his age to be relaxed for

Patna High Court CWJC No.6200 of 2025(2) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 participation in the said examination, there is no reference of any advertisement number issued by the Commission in the writ petition in which the petitioner wants to participate.

4. On the other hand, learned advocate for the Commission has submitted that the Commission has conducted the three phase of the teachers recruitment examination called TRE-I, TRE-II and TRE-III in the year 2023 and 2024.

For the aforesaid reasons that there is no reference to any advertisement number issued by the Commission in which the petitioner seeks to participate and also in view of the fact that the learned counsel for the Commission has submitted that the teachers recruitment by the Commission has been completed in the year 2023 and 2024 as highlighted hereinabove and at present there is no pending teachers recruitment with the Commission, no relief prayed for by the petitioner in the present case can be granted in the facts and circumstances stated hereinabove.
