2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Areraj P.S. Case No. 297 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(2), 303(2), 61(2), 112(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught red-handed by the public after the victim Rani Kumari raised an alarm and from his possession, multiple stolen ATM/Debit cards and a mobile phone were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2025.

5. The learned counsel for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that the allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature.

6. Considering the nature and the seriousness of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
